About LeADERS
LeADERS (Learning through Active Discovery, Engagement, Reflection, and Showcase) is an Old Dominion University program established not just to prepare students for their careers after college but to ensure they thrive and have the skills to reach for greater things. By connecting their classes and experiences to the real world, LeADERS candidates not only grow in the professional sense but in their personal lives as well, giving them a deeper understanding of what they are learning and applying it to their daily lives.
